     massaro trans offers a discount of 22 RON to purchase a round trip ticket on route Iasi-Bucharest (the price of a round trip ticket is 90 RON). Eligible for this offer are those who buy tickets from massaro Iasi and Bucharest agencies.

II.     Discount round trip ticket on route Bacau-Bucharest      Purchasing round-trip tickets on the route Bacau-Bucharest maSSaro Trans provides 20 RON discount (the price of a ticket will be 60 RON). Eligible for this offer are those who buy tickets from massaro trans Bacau and Bucharest agencies.

III.     Beneficiaries ticket discounts

1. On Iasi-Bucharest route and return students receive 10 RON reduction, based on the student card, targeted for the current academic year (the price of a ticket discount for students will be 46 RON).

2.     Pensioners enjoys 50% from tariff trip if they have pension coupons (issued under the law no.147/2000). These coupons are valid only with bulletin or identity card.

3.     War veterans and survivors or their widows receive 100% discount with special tickets to travel free on the basis of Law 44/1994.

4.    Our company accepts special free auto trip tickets issued DGASPC IASI respectively BACAU for the transport of persons with disabilities, of mates, and their personal assistants (Law 448/2006). Attendant can not travel without the person with disabilities. Personal Assistant can travel without the person with disabilities and will identify himself with the admission disabled person,in which is noted personal assistant with photo (on the last page), and his identity card (of the personal assistant).

IV.     Card payment.

     massaro trans offer to all holders of credit cards ability to pay the travel tickets with credit card. The offer is valid only at maSSaro Trans Iaşi and Bacău agencies. The cards accepted are Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

V.     General Conditions of Carriage

1.      The ticket is a contract of carriage between SC MASSARO TRANS and passenger. It is issued when customer pays full price of the ticket.

2.     Ticket holder acknowledges and accepts the "General Conditions of Carriage" set out below.

3.     Ticket price can be changed without notice, but not after his acquittal.

4.       Massaro Trans is entitled to refuse carriage if:

-The customer has not paid all ticket.
-Discounts applied are not justified.
-The customer is drunk.
-Customer manifest aggressive behavior against employees SC MASSARO TRANS or to other passengers.

5.     SC MASSARO TRANS SRL is not responsible for delays caused by:
-Unforeseen traffic events.
-Checks of Police Road, Romanian Road Authority, Financial Guard, Romanian Auto Registry, etc.
-Difficult traffic conditions.

VI.     Transport Rules

1.     Tickets for round trip travel discount are valid 10 days with data of departure and return fixed.

2.     The customer can change the date and time of departure at least 24 hours before.

3.     Failure customer boarding entail loss of the ticket.

4.     Tickets lost or stolen are not refunded or replaced, client will have to buy a new ticket.

5.     Passengers must present at the boarding at least 15 minutes before departure time.

6.     Passengers are required to respect period breaks during the trip.

7.     Passengers are not allow to consume food and alcoholic beverages in public transport.

8.     Is not allowed to use radio, musical instruments and other noise sources which may cause deconcentration drivers.

9.      Ticket must be presented to MASSARO TRANS employees every boarding. Massaro Trans is entitled to refuse carriage of any passenger who is not in possession of a ticket, even if it is proof of payment on other documents.
